Experience the culinary delights of WOMEN IN FOOD OF WNY LIVE, a Farm-to-Table Dinner on the historic Crown Hill Farm featuring Guest Chef, Jessica Arends
It was a beautiful September afternoon following quite an intense 2020 season of pandemics and challenges. After months of joining these women food professionals online through a series of virtual classes, we invited guests to step into a LIVE experience of Women in Food of WNY.
Our afternoon started with a tour of Crown Hill Farm— greeting the animals, learning about sustainable gardening and heirloom vegetables. We then sat down in the orchard to a delicious 5-course menu prepared by Chef Jessica Arends of Six Friends Cabernet inspired by the bounty of local, seasonal foods available in Western NY. Along with the meal, we enjoyed all regional, women-made beers and wines.
It was an evening to remember, for sure!
